Happy Friday! I’m so grateful you decided to read my blog, and I’m extra grateful if you’ve been reading since the begining of 12 Days of Blogmas. I enjoy writing yet unfortunately never have the time needed to dedicate to a story. This blog has given me an outlet to write creatively, and I pray my words impact my readers’ lives in a positive way. Most of all, I pray for my readers to hear the message of the Gospel–that God sent His only Son Jesus Christ to die on the cross for our sins and be resurrected three days later because He loves us and wants us to be with Him for eternity!
I want to give a couple short updates on my life right now. Currently business at my Chick-fil-A restaurant location is really picking up because of Christmas time! Our guests are celebrating with holiday parties at schools and offices, and we are so grateful they choose us for their catering needs. I almost bought a new car today, but sadly the price tag wasn’t in my budget. At least now I know what I want to buy when I can afford it! My current crafty project is related to a cosplay I am working on of Padme’s meadow picnic dress from Star Wars: Attack of the Clones. I’m crocheting the hair bun covers, and the yarn is so tiny and difficult to work with! But I’m confident it will look awesome when the project is completed.
Lastly, I am very late in putting out my Christmas decorations. However, I refuse to be sad about this because I’m reminded that Christmas isn’t about the decorations or the presents. Christmas is about celebrating the birth of our Savior and showing those close to us how much we love and appreciate them. So if you’re running behind like I am, don’t stress! Trust in God for His plan for you in this season.
